Shipping

Our dispatch policy is 1-2 weeks from ordering as all our products are bespoke cut every week, however please allow up to 3 weeks during extremely busy periods such as Christmas!

Please note, any postage delays during busy periods are out of our control and we thank you for your patience. 

UK

We post our orders with Evri standard delivery. Orders take 2-4 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Europe

With the new GPSR update, we are halting all sales to the EU. We hope to sell to the EU again in the future.

International

Shipping options and price is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your parcel.

DHL Express shipping: 3-5 working days

Evri International shipping: up to 15 working days dependent on location

Please be aware you may have import fees to pay in certain countries, you will be contacted by the shipping handler for this before they arrange delivery.

We don't cover potential import duties or taxes. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and we only charge for shipping costs.

Please note if you change your mind and don't wish to pay these customs charges, your shipping fee will not be refunded once it has been returned to us, and the cost to return your parcel will be deducted from your original purchase cost. You will also not be refunded for any personalised or seasonal items due to the individual nature of these.
