Bed was better than I expected. Really thick and sturdy. High quality. Very easy to assemble.

My bunny absolutely loves the cushions, they are so soft and well made. There were some issues regarding delivery however the customer service I received was fantastic and the issue was rectified almost immediately. I will definitely be ordering again :)

I have wanted this castle for so so long, and finally, my boyfriend agreed to purchase it! - We bought Cosy's castle along with the tunnel.
Since we live in Denmark, it took about a month to arrive. With shipping and taxes, it did cost a bit, but I really wanted to support the creator, so we waited excitedly! However, when it arrived, some of the 'connecting pieces' were broken off, which is probably due to the long shipping, but they can easily be glued back together, though was this the case for both the tunnel and the castle...

But all in all, our Charles is so happy and always flops in the castle. We have since taken the tunnel with us on a weekend away, and it was easy to disassemble and reassemble again! We love it!
Now, with our little destructor, it's only a matter of time before the tunnel and castle will be chewed away 😅

Amazing, but a bit flimsy

My bunnies love their castle it’s great quality and is made to last! The little cushion on top makes it even cosier for them. I love how you can add their names for a personal touch💗I really recommend this product.

My bunny Olive loves her new snuffle mat! It provides enrichment for her and she gets super excited trying to find her pellets in between all the fabrics, her little cotton tail twitches when she rummages through it!

This was a bit fiddly to put together and maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but it’s a big hit with my bunnies! I was worried about it falling apart due to other reviews but so far, touch wood, so good! I used a rubber hammer to put the dowels in, maybe that’s helped but either way, my bunnies love it and are very happy with it! Thank you 🫶🏻

My 9 week old mini lop, loves his cosy castle, he is obsessed with, to the point he doesn’t leave it! He can’t quite get on the cushion on the top but I’m sure he will love that too! I will definitely be buying from cosy castle’s again! I had to change my order and the customer service was amazing and I had my order changed . I love watching your Instagram’s, will definitely buy from you guys again!!
