We accept returns for unused items within 7 days, and you must notify us at email@example.com for information on where and how to return it. However we do not cover returns postage and postage costs will not be refunded.
Personalised products can not be returned due to the individual nature of them unless in the unlikely event of them being damaged or faulty.
We do not accept exchanges.
