Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns for unused items within 14 days, and you must notify us at hello@cosyscastles.com for information on where and how to return it. We do not cover returns postage and original postage costs will not be refunded.
Personalised products cannot be returned due to the individual nature of them unless in the unlikely event of them being damaged or faulty.
Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item, again postage costs of returning the unwanted item and shipping the new item must be paid by you.
Please note the purchase of items in our sales are final and are not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty. Seasonal products are also non-refundable (for example Christmas fabric items and castles).
You have 5 days from purchase to cancel your order. Personalised items can’t be refunded during this time however, and we will calculate a partial refund cost based on the price of the item.
If you are having delivery issues or haven’t received your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate this with the courier. Our claims period is 30 days from dispatch, any claims after this period won’t be eligible for a full refund or replacement due to the time elapsed.
